What is included for free?
Everything. There is no cut-down free version during the founding period.

What happens after 3 December 2026?
Paid plans launch, and their pricing will be announced before the founding period ends. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
No card is taken when you sign up, so the end of the free period cannot trigger a payment on its own. You will know the price before you are asked to decide.
Can a whole practice use PlanProve?
Yes. You can set up a practice of up to 10 people now, free during the founding period like everyone else. Practice pricing will be announced alongside individual pricing.

Is there a project limit during the free period?
No. Every verified planning professional has full access until 3 December 2026, with no cap on how many sites you run.
Will I be charged automatically when the free period ends?
No. Because no card is taken when you sign up, nothing can be charged unless you choose a paid plan.
Can I export my data if I decide not to continue?
Yes. You can export your account data from Settings at any time, and request deletion of your account there too.
